Please read these terms before using PiVerse Korea.
By using PiVerse Korea, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, you may not use our services.
PiVerse Korea services are available to users 14 years or older. Marketplace transactions require completed Pi Network KYC verification.
• Users must provide accurate information when creating accounts. • Account security is the user's responsibility. • Only one account per user is allowed. • Account sharing and transfer are prohibited.
• Sellers must provide accurate product information. • Selling illegal or counterfeit goods is prohibited. • PiVerse Korea acts as an intermediary, not a direct party to transactions. • Disputes can be resolved through PiVerse Korea mediation.
• All transactions are conducted in Pi coins. • Cancellations after completion require seller consent. • PiVerse Korea does not charge transaction fees. (Subject to change)
The following activities are strictly prohibited: • Fraud, providing false information • Identity theft • Service abuse or hacking attempts • Spam, unauthorized advertising • Harassment or defamation of other users
All intellectual property including PiVerse Korea's logo, design, and content belongs to PiVerse Korea. Unauthorized reproduction and distribution are prohibited.
• PiVerse Korea is not directly responsible for user-to-user transactions. • We are not responsible for Pi coin value fluctuations. • We are not responsible for damages from service interruptions.
PiVerse Korea's total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by the user in the 6 months prior to the dispute.
PiVerse Korea may restrict service use or suspend accounts without prior notice for terms violations.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. The Seoul Central District Court has jurisdiction over disputes.
PiVerse Korea may modify these terms when necessary. Changes will be announced through the service.
